What if I decide not to build with Discovery Homes?
That's completely fine. Your plans and consent belong to you. You can take them to any builder you choose. We'd rather you start with the right foundation than feel locked in.

The design and consent phase typically takes three to six months, depending on the complexity of your project and Council processing times. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the outset.
Do I need my own architect or designer?
No. Ben coordinates the design process on your behalf through his established network of local architects and designers. You have input at every stage, but you don't need to manage those relationships yourself.
Can I do a Discovery Session for a renovation?
Yes. The Discovery Session works for both new builds and significant renovations. The scope adjusts to suit your project. Ben will talk you through what's involved at your initial conversation.
