Multiple House of the Year wins, Marlborough region.

The Grady Home Gold & Top 100 New Zealand.
A three-pod home set among established native trees in Blenheim, the Grady Home took out Gold in the Cook Strait region and was named one of the Top 100 homes in New Zealand. Recognised for its glass atrium connections, recycled Tallowwood cladding, and a bespoke steel and glass library wall.

The Pope Home Silver & Regional Lifestyle Award.
A landmark Blenheim home featuring a heated pool, outdoor bar, sunken lounge, and locally quarried Pukaka stone fireplace. The Pope Home took out Silver in its category and won the Regional Lifestyle Award for Environmental and Sustainable building, recognising the use of sustainable Abodo cladding and a high-performance design built around the Marlborough climate.
